Joshua Nucian, Esq.
Joshua Nucian is a Michigan criminal defense attorney with 19 years of experience representing clients in both state and federal courts. His practice includes a strong focus on driver’s license restoration and helping clients successfully navigate the reinstatement process.
Before returning to law full time, Joshua served as President of Sales and Marketing for Nationwide Interlock, giving him specialized insight into ignition interlock devices, compliance issues, and Michigan Secretary of State hearings. He is also a certified court expert on ignition interlock devices and has testified in courts throughout Florida, Tennessee, and Michigan.
Joshua combines legal experience with real-world interlock knowledge to build practical, results-driven strategies tailored to each client’s situation.
NICHOLAS BACKOS, Esq.
Nicholas E. Backos is a Michigan-based criminal defense attorney with 13 years experience, focused on helping clients restore their driving privileges and navigate the license reinstatement process with clarity and confidence.
Through his work in license restoration, Nicholas has helped clients clear holds, resolve suspensions, and meet Michigan Secretary of State requirements. His background in criminal defense gives him valuable insight into how DUIs, driving while suspended, and other traffic-related matters can affect a person’s ability to regain their license.
